In his twenty-year career he has advised leading talent, companies and financial institutions on human capital issues. Martin is also the founder of Armstrong International (Financial Services), Skillcapital (Private Equity and Hedge Funds), Sousou Partners (Real Estate), Armstrong Stanley Partners, Artism, Armstrong Hope and Armstrong Legal, all leading search firms in their chosen markets. In 2003 he launched Armstrong Management Group, the first management talent agency followed in 2006 by the board advisory firm Armstrong Bonham Carter with Tom Bonham Carter. Martin also sits on the boards of TowerBrook Capital Partners LP and Jimmy Choo and is a personal career adviser to some of Europe’s leading CEOs.
