Dwight Makins, Adviser
Dwight Makins graduated from Oxford with a degree in History. He worked in the City until 1988, principally with John Govett & Co. Ltd. He became Managing Director in 1986 and sold the company to Berkeley Technologies in 1987, becoming a Director of that company. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Macarthy's Pharmaceutical after a Govett led takeover.

After 1988, he was an independant consultant and fundraiser for many companies, and served as a Non-Executive Director at King & Shaxon plc and as Chairman of Greenway Holding plc in the UK and Cadiz Inc, a Californian water and agriculture company, in both cases at the request of the major shareholders.

He is currently an Associate with Beer & Partners raising equity capital for small businesses and a director of the Himalaya Fund NV, an Indian investment company.
