Andrew Beeson, Adviser

Andrew Beeson was Founder Chief Executive of Beeson Gregory, responsible for the initial concept of creating an independent corporate adviser and stockbroker specialising in European growth companies. This included establishing an office, raising finance, employing personnel, establishing the Beeson Gregory brand and reputation and managing the business through a variety of different economic climates. He was CEO at the time the business was taken public and capitalised at £200m in March 2000.

Andrew has been involved in many public company transactions as an institution salesman and as head of syndication and the CEO of Beeson Gregory. These vary from IPO’s, secondary fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions through to take-overs.  Andrew is currenly a Non-Executive Director of both Schroders Plc and stockbrokers Hanson Westhouse.  
 
Andrew founded CISCO in 1992, now known as QCA (Quoted Company Alliance) and he was the first Chairman and was awarded the Coopers & Lybrand “PLC Achievement Award” for 1995.
 
Andrew was also a founding director of EASDAQ (European Automatic Quotations) and Chairman of EASD (European Association of Securities Dealers). EASD Subsequently merged with APCIMS (Association of Private Client Investment Management). He was a member of the D.T.I. Committee, creating quality dialogue between Smaller Quoted Companies and Fund Managers and is currently also a member of the Stock Exchange advisory Markets Group.
